Chicken Chaat: Ingredients
Chicken breasts- 500 gms
Garlic cloves- 2
Freshly chopped coriander – 2 tbspns
Lemon juice – 2 tbspns
Red chilli powder- 1 tbspn
Coriander powder- 2 tbspn
Oil – 2 tbspn
Salt to taste
Turmeric – 1/2 tspn
Procedure to make Chicken Chaat recipe:
Finely Chop the garlic and set it aside. Take a bowl and put in the garlic, add salt and crush together to make a pulp. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Take a frying pan and heat the oil. When the oil is very hot add the garlic and saute till its golden brown. Now put in the chicken cubes and cook for 10 mins. Keep stirring regularly so that the flavor seeps into the chicken. Now add the coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder. Saute till the raw smell of the masala leaves. Cook for another 5 mins and then pour the lemon juice and chopped coriander. Mix it up once and serve hot.
